I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) I earned my Masters in Counseling from George Fox University

I earned a certificate in Psychological Trauma from the University of Washington

I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and certified through the Association of Trauma Stress Specialists (ATSS) as a Certified Trauma Services Specialist (CTSS).

I offer group services as well as individual counseling for PTSD and other trauma related situations.

Although I learned a great deal in graduate school, my experience at the University of Washington was paramount to my work as a trauma specialist. Not only were the professor and presenters some of best in the nation my fellow classmates came from a wide berth of diversity, background, and expertise. My hope is to pass on what I have learned to members of our community who are experiencing symptoms of any traumatic event.
